Coconut and Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 handful frozen blueberries
1 handful chopped coconut pieces
1 banana
¼ cup of soya milk
Sprinkle of milled linseed

This sumptuous smoothie sets you up for the morning and is definitely something worth getting out of bed for.

Place the banana, coconut pieces, blueberries and soya milk into a blender.

Blend the contents until smooth, then pour into a glass.

Finish off with sprinkle of linseed.
