Blueberry and Kale Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 handful frozen kale
1 handful frozen blueberries
1 banana
¼ cup of soya milk

This quick and easy smoothie is ideal to satisfy your sweet cravings, provide an energy boost, and takes only 5 minutes to make!

Combine a banana, a handful of frozen kale, a handful of frozen blueberries and a ¼ cup of soya milk (I use sweetened, but the choice is yours) into a blender. Blend for 20-30 seconds until the contents are smooth. Add more soya milk if a thinner consistency is required.

Finish off with a blueberry garnish.
