Banana, Kale and Kiwi Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 handful frozen kale
1 kiwi
1 banana
¼ cup of soya milk

This lush green smoothie will fill you up, satisfy your sweet cravings, and takes only 5 minutes to make!

Place all contents into a blender. I like to freeze kale so when I add it into my smoothies it makes it fresh and icy.

Blend until smooth, then pour into a glass.

Finish off with a kale leaf garnish and a sprinkle of linseed.
