Banana, Kale and Prune Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 handful frozen kale
3 prunes
1 banana
¼ cup of soya milk
1 tsp cinnamon

This quick and easy smoothie is ideal to satisfy your sweet cravings, provide an energy boost, and takes only 5 minutes to make!

Place the banana, prunes, kale, soya milk and tsp of cinnamon into a blender.

Blend the contents until smooth, then pour into a glass.

Finish off with a kale leaf garnish and a sprinkle of linseed.
